What exactly counts as a "billable hour"?

Any hour where a developer is actively working on your project — writing code, deploying, configuring, debugging, or in a working session with you. Time spent in discovery conversations before we agree to start is free. We're honest about this — you'll know exactly what's being billed.

What happens on weekends and holidays?

Simple: we don't work, you don't pay us. If your software is live, Google may charge a tiny hosting cost (often near ₹0 when it's quiet). But LexiNexiAI charges ₹0 on any day we haven't worked — weekends and festivals included.

What is the hosting cost and who pays it?

Your software runs on Google Cloud — the same trusted technology behind Gmail and YouTube — set up in your own account. You pay Google directly; we never touch your billing and add no markup. For a small business with moderate use it's typically ₹500–₹3,000/month, and it only grows as your customers grow. Important: the AI we build with is always our cost, never yours.

What does "you own the infrastructure" actually mean?

We build inside your Google Cloud account — not ours. Every service, database, domain, and API key is registered to you. If you ever stop working with us, your software keeps running exactly as-is. You don't need us to access or export anything. It's your property from day one.

Can you work on-site at our office in Ujjain?

Yes. If you're based in or near Ujjain, we can send a developer to your premises. On-site hours count the same as remote hours (₹1,500/hr + GST this month). This works well for initial setup sessions, training your team, or intensive build sprints.

What can you build? We have an unusual requirement.

Bring it. If it runs on Google Cloud and can be made smarter with Claude AI, we can build it — WhatsApp bots, web apps, admin dashboards, automation pipelines, Zoho integrations, payment gateways, GST reporting, mobile API backends, custom LLM features. Describe your problem on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly if and how we can solve it.

Do the 5 free hours carry over to next month?

No — free hours reset each month. Month 1 gives 5 free hours; if you only use 3, you don't get 2 extra in month 2. Month 2 onwards gives 3 free hours again. The intent is to let you try real work at no risk each month, not to accumulate a credit balance.

What is the minimum engagement?

There is no minimum. You can hire us for 2 hours to fix a specific bug, or 50 hours to build a full product. We're flexible. Most clients start with a small pilot (5–10 hours) to see how we work, then expand from there.
