LexiNexiAI Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LexiNexiAI Developer Agent app (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Identifiers

• We use Apple Sign-In as the sole authentication method.
• We collect your Apple Sign-In Token and User ID only for authentication and managing Lexi Credits. We do not collect or store your password.
• We do not link this data to your personal identity beyond authentication purposes.

1.2 Usage Data

• We may collect anonymized usage data (e.g., feature counts, timestamps) to improve app functionality and measure Lexi Credit consumption.
• This data is not linked to your identity.

1.3 User History (Client-Side)

• The app allows users to store history locally on their own macOS device.
• This feature is optional and can be disabled.
• We do not store history on our servers.

2. Enable Mobile Control (macOS & iOS)

• Users can enable Mobile Control on macOS, allowing the iOS app to act as a remote.
• macOS and iOS communicate through a secure cloud-based server.
• Data is stored only temporarily for delivery to the paired device and is deleted immediately after use.

3. Data Sharing, Storage, and Transfers

• We do not retain user queries or AI responses on our backend servers. We act only as a secure relay between your device and AI model providers.
• For EU/EEA/UK users, data is routed first through our EU servers (Frankfurt). Other users may connect via servers in India or the US.
• Where possible (e.g., OpenAI EU endpoints), data remains in the EU. If international transfers are required, they are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under signed agreements with providers.
• We do not sell or rent user data.

4. AI Provider Retention

Some AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) may retain API request/response data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. LexiNexiAI does not permit providers to use your data for model training.

5. Data Security

• All communication between your device, our servers, and AI providers is encrypted in transit (TLS).
• We minimize the data processed and never store your prompts or outputs.

6. User Controls & Rights

• Manage your Apple Sign-In via Apple ID settings.
• Disable local history storage anytime.
• If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR/UK law (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection). You may exercise these by contacting us at admin@lexinexiai.com. We will coordinate with AI providers as needed to fulfill requests.
